Position Title: Logistics Operation Supervisor
Working Location: Downtown Core
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with new and existing customers to provide good service and ensure their satisfaction.
Monitor daily shipment progress and give timely, accurate updates from booking to delivery.
Keep accurate records of all shipments, including shipping documents and forms, following international trade rules.
Work closely with carriers, agents, and other partners to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
Handle booking, documentation, billing, costing, and reporting tasks on time and accurately as required.
Take on other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or Head Office.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sea or air freight forwarding.
Experience in managing import/export permits and other general logistics operation
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
