Requirement
o Provide support for finance and related administrative functions within the Finance department.
o Liaise with learners and companies through phone calls and emails in relation to outstanding invoices or other matters.
o Maintain accurate communication records using Microsoft Excel and prepare documents using Microsoft Word.
o Communicate and work with internal colleagues through email, phone calls or meetings.
o Schedule meetings to review work progress with Finance colleagues.
o Perform any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirement:
o Minimum O level qualification with 4 passes including English
o Minimum 2 years working experience (experience in office environment or customer service related work preferred)
o Bilingual in English / other language
o Meticulous and customer service-oriented
o Good conversational and listening skills
o Customer service oriented
o Motivated, team-player and pleasant personality
o Mature, resourceful, responsible and able to work independently
Duration / Working hours:
1 year contract (With Option to extend yearly till 2030)
Monday - Thursday : 8.30am -6pm / Friday: 8.30am -5.30pm
