Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. This role ensures smooth execution of HR processes, maintains employee records, assists in recruitment and onboarding, and handles general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and benefits.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
Monitor staff attendance and leave records.
Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
Manage office supplies and ensure availability of necessary items.
Handle administrative support for departments
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management.
