Responsibilities
Maintenance Technician - 1 yr contract / Permanent
* Company transport provided
Salary: From $3,000
Working Hours: 5 days work week. Monday to Friday 7.42am to 5pm
(Expected to work overtime whenever required, capped at 72 hours per month as per MOM regulation)
Working Location: Jln Ahmad Ibrahim (West)
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all production equipment and facility systems
Design and fabricate jigs and fixtures to support and improve manufacturing processes
Address and follow up on minor repair requests from all departments across the organization
Record and monitor maintenance work orders, TPM downtime, compressor run hours, hot work permits, equipment checklists, and related documentation
Perform daily startup procedures for production and facility machinery
Ensure the proper upkeep and functionality of facility services, including air conditioning, sprinkler systems, plumbing, power, lighting, and more
Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks
Conduct weekly Single Point Trainings (SPT) for production operators to reinforce key operational skills
