Job Scope
- Manage and organize all documentation related to the recruitment project.
- Act as the primary liaison between applicants and NIE departments.
- Coordinate and provide secretariat support for interviews, teaching demonstrations, and committee meetings.
- Input and manage applicant data accurately.
- Research and verify applicant credentials and documentation.
- Arrange travel logistics for overseas applicants.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in academia or human resources or university faculty recruitment is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and warm verbal communication abilities.
- Personable and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems such as Microsoft OneDrive.
Work Arrangement:
This position offers a flexible work schedule, with certain tasks requiring on-site presence at
the campus
21 hours per week, 9 month duration
