Admin Assistant (1 month contract)
Working hour: Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)
Working Location: WEST
What You’ll Be Doing:
Data entry of accounts receivable (AR) transactions
Printing and filing invoices and related documents
Supporting basic administrative tasks
Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Prior experience in administrative or data entry roles is preferred
Familiar with basic accounting or invoicing processes (bonus but not essential)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software
Able to commit to a 1-month contract, full-time
