Responsibilities

Recruitment

Handling the recruitment process from initial job orders receiving up to closing (screening, filtering, shortlisting, schedule arrangement, interview, follow-up interview status, preparation of job offer details end-to-end process.

To advertise a job vacancy in online job portals, and social media and promote through referrals.

Onboarding

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed. Coordinate orientation sessions and assist in creating a positive onboarding experience.

Payroll

Handling a for full spectrum of payroll management, processing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, deductions, advance salary, and others.

Ensure proper documentation of payroll documents and safe keeping of employee personal files.

Liaise with relevant bodies for monthly statutory submission.

Administration

Handling staff attendance & monitor staff leave records from time to time including annual leave and medical claims.

Maintains employee information by updating employment and status-change data in the system and personal file.

Drafts all department correspondence, such as interoffice memorandums, warning letters, any request letters.

Assists employees with any benefit issues or concerns related to the Human Resource. 

Managing in various aspects of office administrative work which includes maintenance and upkeep of the office, office equipment, stationery and etc.

Work closely with Manager with other tasks as and when assigned.
