Salary:  Junior level starting from $ 2,500 to $2,900 range, Senior starting from $3,000 to $3,400 

Quarterly incentive based on Customer’s Feedback + Team / Individual sales achievement)

Job Scopes:
- Promote and sell a range of coffees products to walk-in customers
- Be an ambassador of the brand
- Cashiering & stock replenishing
- Ensure proper housekeeping of the store
- On Job Training is provided

Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in English is essential.
- Experience in working with High end/luxury/ premium FMCG or retail brands would have an added advantage.
- Preferable with at least 2 years of experience in direct customer sales and/or 2 years of experience in supervising/coaching a team
- Posses a strong work ethic, integrity and total honesty (transparency and trust)
- Service-oriented
- Have passion to constantly update oneself with our Sales Guidance
- Curiosity and ability to generate creative ideas
- Able to communicate complex messages in a simple way
- Energized by tough challenges and is a team player
