Requirements
- You are open to learning and experimenting with new methods of communication and closing sales remotely.
- You are able to work through lists and complete all assigned tasks within the deadlines given.
- You understand that performing as a team is crucial and you are able to work with teammates to IT performance targets and incentives.
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, data entry is a plus but not essential.
- Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Excel especially. Expertise is not required.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Malay is required. Other dialects are a bonus. As significant proportion of our customers speak Mandarin and Cantonese.
Responsibilities
- You will help drive the growth of the company via excellent customer service.
Day-to-Day
- Contacting customers to prompt them to place orders, understand their purchasing decisions
- Contacting customers to upsell them remotely
- Dealing with customer concerns, spoken and unspoken
- Recording customer feedback and information from conversations in our database
- Working with team manager and team members to identify errors in the company’s processes which affect customer’s purchasing decisions
- Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, payment reconciliation, deliveries
