  • Min diploma in business studies or equivalent
  • Well verse with microsoft office
  • Team player and able to perform multi task job functions
  • 5 working days per week
  • At least 2 year related working experince
  • Full time

岗位职责

  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers on purchase of raw materials on behalf of the company
  • Issue Purchase orders to suppliers and generate goods received note upon confirmation
  • Maintain proper records related to purchasing
  • Monthly stock check on Raw materials
  • On-line renewal of foreign worker permits
  • Able to process monthly payroll using UBS system would be an advantage
