Requirements
Diploma-Bachelor's Degree
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project & AutoCad.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in QS on mixed-use development highrise projects on pre amd post contracts is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work at Taman Desa KL.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Executives are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Contract Manager in providing support for procurement, cost and contract administration at assigned Projects.
- Coordinate full range of QS activities including estimation, quantity take-off and claims preparation.
- Administer pre-contract work including analyzing scope of tender, sourcing of sub-contractors, preparing bills of quantity, pricing and submission of tenders.
- Evaluate tender documents and prepare report for presentation.
- Arrange and conduct site valuation together with the Consultants.
- Review Variation Orders prepared by the Consultants and administer post-contract work by following up with Consultants on payment certificates.
- Prepare internal final account and handle claims as well as payment for assigned Projects.
