- Hotel Receptionist for 3* Boutique Hotel
- With Experience in Hotel Industry
- Able to work on rotating shifts including Weekends and Public Holidays
- Computer literate
- Applicant must willing to work in Central
- At least 1 year working experience is required
Responsibilities
- Managing daily bookings and check-in and check-out of guests
- Ensure that guests are attended to with promptness,courtesy and efficieny
- Monitor and reporting of reservation
- Handle Guest Complaints promptly accordingly to established procedures and follow up when necessary
- Well knowledge or familiar with all hotel facilities and provide guest information when requested
