Requirements
Diploma-Master/PHD
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional
- Degree, Finance/Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
- Familiar with Malaysian local financial policies , regulations and financial guidelines .
- Good communication skills , meticulous, diligence and responsibility with a strong work ethic and good team spirit
- Good in English and Chinese listening and speaking skills, financial software and Microsoft Office.
- MIA practitioner certificate is preferred
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation of financial daily report.
- Responsible to make the payments.
- Responsible for bank accounts, online banking accounts, cheque signer changes and other routine banking transactions.
- Responsible for obtaining bank statements and bank reconciliations.
- Preparing journal and adjust the balance sheet.
- Responsible for receiving and examining documents (employee reimbursement , employee borrowing , project and materials models ) and get approval following the procedures.
- Responsible for contract agreement, employee borrowing and entertainment claims.
