任职资格

Possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting and / or professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA or related discipline;
Minimum 5 years with strong hands-on related working experience in daily operations accounting & financial report analysis;
Familiar with computerized accounting environment & knowledge in forex operation & GST will be an advantage;
Able to work independently &under pressure to meet strict dateline;
Able to work overtime as & when required;
Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated meticulous, team player & able to lead a team;
Able to converse in english fluently & good command in written english.

岗位职责

To lead a team of accounting & finance associates in handling day-to-day operations for accounting & finance department in ensuring efficient process flow
To liaise with sales & marketing department in ensuring sales & purchase information is accounted for every month-end closing
To be responsible for the timeliness, completeness & accuracy of all financial reports
To review processes, procedures & controls to ensure financial information is obtained in a timely, accurate & effective manner
To prepare, review & submit monthly management reports
To prepare variance analysis & interpret findings to top management
To monitor daily cash flow forecast for treasury management. Knowledge of forex contract is an added advantage
To liaise with auditor, banker & tax agent as & when required
To perform special task / projects / assignments or any other work assigned by top management as & when required.
