Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree / professional qualification in finance / accounting / equivalent field
- Those who obtained Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferable
- At least 3 – 5 years of related working experience in finance / accounting field
- Mature personality & able to meet tight datelines with minimum supervision
- Full time
Responsibilities
- To prepare monthly account closing & financial statement
- To ensure accuracy, correctness & completeness of financial data
- To prepare data & input to HFM for monthly, quarterly & year-end closing
- To be responsible for Accounts Payable (AP) & General Ledger (GL)
- To prepare Bank Reconciliation
- To prepare monthly closing reports & analysis; To involve in quarterly & yearly stock count
- To assist in preparation of quarterly forecast & company budget for submission
- To co-ordinate interim & year-end audit with external auditors
- To prepare analysis for all expenses for Corporate Tax submission on yearly basis
- To in charge of Cash Flow management & bank-related matters
- To be responsible in Administration matters as well.
