Requirements
Bachelor's Degree-No Limit
- Competency and Knowledge & Skill
- Tertiary Education in Chemistry with minimum 3 years in similar field
- Technically competent and knowledgeable on QMS, OH&S, EMS, correlation, GR&R, SPC, customer cleanliness specification and clean room knowledge.
- Personal capability – professional conduct by : o Commitment to timely job and task completion o Orderly and systematic work practices and actions o Immediate alert on problems and providing as much necessary information
- Continually improve on knowledge and skills of supervision, data analysis, contamination control and trouble shooting
- Skill in computer literature, communication and handling of worker discipline
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Open for Malaysians only
Responsibilities
- To assist Senior Chemist to lead and managing the analytical laboratory administration, systematic documentation, human Management, analysis etc.
- Ensure the effectiveness of laboratory operation , maintenance and upkeep of the laboratory
- Quality control of analysis i.e. LPC, outgassing, SEM/EDS, MESA , DHS, IC
- To analyze , interpretation of laboratory result and reporting
- Trouble shooting on errors and problems of analysis and instruments. To establish the root
- cause of product non-conformance and follow up with the preventive and corrective action
- Contamination continual improvement to meet customer needs and satisfaction
- Develop standard and safe operating procedure , emergency response plan for laboratory
- Attend the problem solving of cleanliness matter and participate in new product development stage
- Purchasing and stock keeping for all laboratory chemicals, apparatus and equipment
- Relevant quality reports for customer and departmental review
- Training and development for all laboratory personnel, including provide hands on knowledge, simple theory, safety etc.
- Liaise with internal, external laboratory, Group Companies counterpart about the cleanliness matters
- Perform other task as per designated by superior
