• To ensure all orders are timely processed from receipt of customer purchase order to delivery    
• To liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of documentation on sales issues
• To resolve customer service related issue such as delivery and quality issues in an efficient manner
• To update daily stock list for sales team
• To assist superior to prepare monthly reports relating to sales matters
