Bachelor's Degree-No Limit
- Candidates of all field of study (except Engineering field) are welcome to apply
- Available immediately
- Possess own transport
- Able to commit to ALL shifts (weekend & pulic holidays)
- Contractual basis (Renewable & Convertible)
- Good command in English, able to converse in Mandarin is added advantage
- Location: USJ Subang
Responsibilities
- To process and respond to documentation related enquiries from customer
- All enquiries has to be coordinated with necessary departments (if needed) then final outcome responded to customer in a timely and accurate manner
- To track and categorize enquiries/feedbacks from customer for analysis so improvement opportunities can be identified
