• At least 2 years’ experience as a Web designer / Frontend designer or developer
• BSc or higher degree in any design or IT related studies (may be substituted for two (2) years’ experience)
• Frontend development skills and a command of interactive web technologies (HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript) and industry trends and experience designing applications leveraging these trends
• Comfort for working through complex information architectures and abstracting into a powerful UI and obsessed with good user-centered design practices
• Ability to negotiate and articulate the “why” of design decisions. You’ll need to convince, to disagree confidently, and take and give straightforward criticism.
• Good portfolio with examples of unique and original designs for web and coding is a must

• To work with other designers and programmers to bring projects to fruition
• To create visually appealing and intuitive web & app interfaces, and continue to evolve and improve on UI
• To maintain the design of numerous versions of the UI custom tailored to numerous products
• To create UI elements in HTML, CSS & JavaScript, and work with designers and programmers to create the final product
