- Strong in multi-tasking
- Deadline and number conscious
- Improvements oriented and ready to sit down for a brainstorm session to enhance service delivery
- At least 1-year small number supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- To report to Project Manager
- To direct supervise and equip/train 2-3 team members
- To work closely with internal business development department and external with sourcing team/social media ambassadors for quality service delivery within timelines to our Client to ensure targeted headcounts are being met
- To open to learning and continuously suggest improvements of delivery processes /infrastructure for minimal work and maximum quality delivery
