Responsibilities
- To report to Head of Business Development/ Project Manager
- To research & identify a list of suitable clientele for business development
- To prospect, approach, meet and present our credentials to our potential clients in a confident manner
- To bring in new and to keep existing clientele for a targeted business volume to the company
- To ensure smooth communication with the talent sourcing team for a quality talent delivery to the Client
- Market visits in Klang Valley or/and Singapore ( about 50-70% on the field)
- Consistently feedbacks market needs for the company’s improvement in customers satisfaction
