Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any relevant fields.
- Certificate in ACCA / MICPA / CPA / MIA or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and treatments Microsoft Excel, Words
- Fluent in English & Mandarin - spoken and written
- Supervisory/ leadership skills
- Knowledge in ACCPAC and MYOB accounting software would be added value
Responsibilities
- To prepare full set of accounts
- To do consolidation accounts
- To provide accounting and cash management services to a portfolio of clients
- To provide general supervision, training and guidance to the Accounts Executives
- To verify the sign off the payments processed by Accounts Executives
- To finalise / review the accounts prepared by the Accounts Executives
- To service and liase with clients on their accounting needs
- To ensure that deadlines are met and report produced are accurate
- To monitor billings and collection of debts
