Requirements
- Education CGE ‘N’ Level, Nitec in mechanical, precision engineering (malaysian with SPM and Primary 6 with > 5 years work experience can apply)
- Able to read and write English
- 2-5 years work experience in metal industry with precision tools knowledge
- Basic Computing literacy, MS Office
- Willingness to learn and share attitude
- Team- player willing to learn and be developed further to lead
- Good at problem solving and process analysis
- Willing and able to perform 3 –rotating shift work and overtime on weekdays and weekends
- Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing is an added advantage
- Full time
- Prefer male candidates
Responsibilities
- Set-up individual tools for machines operation for Slitting, Packing, Spooling and Inspection process per specifications by customers
- Carry out monitoring of machines and processes as well as troubleshooting/report deviations to respective personnel
- Perform general maintenance and lubrication of machineries
- Maintain plant cleanliness according to 5S standards
- Participate in 5S, TPM and process improvement activities
- Comply to procedures and safe work orders
