任职资格

Bachelor's Degree-No Limit
  • Education required : diploma, bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance
  • Experience required : 2 years cost controller experience in F&B / retail industry is preferred.
  • Required Knowledge : Skills 
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines
  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal direction from superior to accomplish objectives
  • Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience with XES and Microsoft Dynamics GP or equivalent will be an advantage
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external parties to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
  • Open for Malaysians only
  • Prefer female

岗位职责

  • Provide support on month-end and year-end closing, and complete monthly close procedures
  • Perform stock take and spot checks at F&B outlets to ensure validity, accuracy, existence of inventories. Troubleshoot and correct inconsistency of cost and inventories
  • Perform food and beverage cost analysis by outlet and provide explanation for inconsistencies (if any)
  • Prepare weekly/monthly Food & Beverage cost and inventory reconciliations, analyse and correcting discrepancies
  • Analyse stock movement/age and identify slow moving inventories
  • Assist in menu costing reconciliation
  • Assist with financial year end audit.
  • Assist in documentation and monitoring of Stock Management internal controls
  • Perform all other duties/projects assigned as required.
