Education required : diploma, bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance
Experience required : 2 years cost controller experience in F&B / retail industry is preferred.

Provide support on month-end and year-end closing, and complete monthly close procedures
Perform stock take and spot checks at F&B outlets to ensure validity, accuracy, existence of inventories. Troubleshoot and correct inconsistency of cost and inventories
Perform food and beverage cost analysis by outlet and provide explanation for inconsistencies (if any)
Prepare weekly/monthly Food & Beverage cost and inventory reconciliations, analyse and correcting discrepancies
Analyse stock movement/age and identify slow moving inventories
Assist in menu costing reconciliation
Assist with financial year end audit.
Assist in documentation and monitoring of Stock Management internal controls
Perform all other duties/projects assigned as required.
