Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Accounting software: UBS Accounting
- Experienced in preparing full set of accounts
- Must have great attention to detail and be extremely accurate
- Positive attitude and self-motivated by nature
- Able to interact well with colleagues, customers and suppliers
Responsibilities
- To prepare full sets of accounts up to balance sheet and provide accounting reports where necessary
- Involve in quarterly GST report
- To perform daily accounting operations in account payable and receivable, monthly expenses, bank reconciliation, statement of accounts, fixed asset summary and cost & sales analysis
- To manage bank balance & cash flow position
- Responsible for preparing, checking and monitoring all payments issued based on the compliance of internal control procesdures and accounting policy
- To resolve discrepancies with clients and monitor debtors aging list
- To prepare Purchase Orders, Invoices, Delivery Orders and related documentation
- To maintain proper filing system to ensure all documents are traceable in an efficient manner
- To handle payroll / EPF / SOCSO / PCB. -To assist in year end audit / budget exercise
- To maintain inventories and stock balances of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods
