Job Description

Requirements

  • Possess Diploma in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge in handling general administrative duties.
  • Relevant working experience in Building / Shopping Mall.
  • Written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible and accountable for preparing of overall documentations, ensuring employee safety, updating documentation, preparing report, updating and filling bills, invoice, delivery orders, job sheet and etc.
  • Inclusive of performs variety of skilled duties in building managements which may include air conditioning system, supervisor on technicians and daily cleaners, custodial duties, car parks monitoring, maintains and repairs all facilities and civil works.
  • To ensure that the building is always well maintained and its cleanliness is up to the expectation of the customers, tenants/occupants and staff.
  • To ensure that the staff of housekeeping section to carry out their duties efficiently.
