任职资格

学历 : Secondary/SPM/'O' Level-Diploma

年龄 : 18-30

Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in Retail industry / line as a Sales Assistant / Promoter
Experience working in a Japanese-based companies would be an added advantage.

岗位职责

To greet customer with smile, approach customer with proper timing and sincere attitude.
Serve customer and sell merchandise in any section or department.  Keep store, stock and shelves clean.
Ensure sufficient stock merchandise for sale.
Prepare and display merchandise with proper POP cards and designated shelves in an attractive manner.
Ensure that all merchandise has proper and clean price tags.
Arrange fixtures and report accordingly if found lighting failures, merchandise breakage or defects.
Receive and check stock, to ensure that old stocks are bought forward so that they can be sold first.
For Foodmarket – must regularly check and must remove merchandises that are expiring.
Obtain replenishment of stocks from the storeroom.
Fill delivery forms, properly pack and wrap outgoing merchandise for delivery and forward to Delivery Section.
Identify fast selling items and advise Superior on necessary of special display.
Watch out for and report slow-moving items and stock shortages.
Ensure sufficient stocks of wrapping papers, bags, sales stationery and forms for internal use.
Record sales statistics and keep all record up-to-date.
OCCASIONAL DUTIES
Personal contacts with regular and / or prospective customers by way of courtesy calls to their homes.
Relieve Cashiers for meal break as and when is necessary.
Carry out stock checking or counting as and when required.
Fill in Transfer Form, Alteration Form and any other internal form.
