Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist Superior to ensure overall company Quality Policy and Quality Objectives are understood, implemented and maintained
- Assist Superior in maximizing product quality, achieving timely and efficient manufacturing and achieving cost efficiency in the manufacturing process
- Assist Superior in overall Quality Management System including ensuring all staff works meets customer and ISO requirements. Involve in ISO Certification and internal auditing program, as well as resolution of any quality and reliability issues and coordination with multiple department to find solutions
- Promoting Lean Manufacturing System and ensure document management system was incorporate close with ISO 9001 and ISO TS16949 requirements
- Ensure the company LPS and QMS system was running smoothly with the objectives of eliminating waste and increase production productivity, product quality and equipment efficiency
- Responsible to provide the necessary training to all department staff according to HOD training needs analysis
- Assist HOD to conduct Yamazumi Chart from time to time upon request
- To conduct and prepared report for Employee Suggestion Scheme (ESS) and ensure its effectiveness
- To ensure company staff competency level up from time to time
- Assist Superior to co-ordinate and lead Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Committees and Quality Environment (QEC) Committees towards better working environment
- To maintain proper records for all matters relating to daily PPC, LPS and QMS documentations
- To seek approval from the Superior prior to actual implementation of proposed actions, improvement projects, documents revision, customer contract etc.
- To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior(s) from time to time
- Overall in charge of LPS & QMS System
- Ensure overall company Quality Policy and Objectives are carried out to meet customers’ requirements
