Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for new product and process design and development to meet customer and market requirements.
- Work with related department in current product and process improvement to meet customer and market requirements.
- To guide and plan necessary job to subordinate in daily job.
- Assists Superior to identify and pursue sales opportunities in B-Compound and assist to develop new product to increase sales growth for the business, as well as interface with Sales & Marketing Department or Customer Representative to determine and address customers’ requirement.
- Works with Quality Assurance and Quality Control Department to identify and pursue to products improvement to improve products quality and consistency.
- Involves in Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process submission.
