Job Description

Requirements

  • Overall in charge for finance related matters.
  • Authorized to Issue cheque
  • Ensures departmental Quality and Environment, Safety & Health Objectives are carried out.

Responsibilities

  • In charge of all finance, and accounting functions.
  • To manage and handle full set accounting functions to ensure that the financial data are captured correctly and completely.
  • With regards to AP, to manage the payment of suppliers within the constraint of limited funds.
  • To ensure financial reporting, e.g. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Debtor, Creditor and Stock Aging Report are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To ensure accounts data and records are kept up to date.
  • Cash flow planning, monitoring and control.
  • Liaises with external account auditors, bankers and regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate and prepare the annual budget for submission to the management as and when required, and monitor the actual performance against the budget.
  • To record, update and monitor monthly departmental objectives and to ensure departmental KPI’s are achieved effectively.
  • Adhere to Company Policy, Rules & Regulation especially 5S and Safety Related matter.
  • Ensures workplace cleanliness of assigned 5S macro or micro zoning.
  • Involved in LPS related activities.
  • To undertake any other related jobs directed by superior(s) from time to time.
