Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handling all calls relating to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
  • To ensure customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
  • To work in a team to achieve what is needed of the customer service department
