Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily activities related to Quality Assurance
- Supervise and mentor the QA Leader, Technician and Inspector.
- Work closely with and be in consistent communication with production, planning, shipping and logistics.
- The quality assurance supervisor plans and directs activities concerned with development, application and maintenance of the quality standards for industrials procesess
- Assist the quality engineer in developing and maintaining the ISO9001 procedures and work instructions
- Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, analytical ,equipment and facilities.
- Maintain the material review area to ensure that all products are distributed in a timely manner
- Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
- Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
