The Store Manager oversees the daily operations of our minimarket. Previous management experience of fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience store operations is desired. This is a hands-on manager position. Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for overall management of the store, oversee daily store operations, supervise employees and manage inventory
• Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of the store
• Train, develop and motivate your employees
• Assign employees to shifts and monitor performance
• Demonstrate leadership and promote a teamwork oriented environment setting high standards
• Implement new product lines and create strategies to introduce and promote them to customers
• Responsible for controlling the flow and distribution of all merchandising supplies, including product ordering, receiving merchandise and vendor relations
• Enter new items into the POS computer system and print barcode labels.
• Go out shopping for special article that can’t be delivered
• Ensure product mix and inventory levels are properly maintained

• Location: Jalan Putra near PWTC Near to public transport – STAR LRT
• Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications
• Candidate who are available to start on short notice / immediately is preferred
