Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform accounting and clerical functions such as but not limited to:
- Maintain accounting records
- Prepare, compile and verify documents for data entry
- Prepare invoices, payment, vouchers, purchase orders and official receipts
- Perform proper filing and documentation
- Liaise with customers and/or suppliers and keep up-to-date cheque and payment
- Handle any other ad hoc accounting and administration duties/tasks
- Any other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time
