We are seeking human resources person that can assist in employee related activities. It is important that the person is experienced with HR related tasks. We require a mature person that can deal with a demanding staff across our companies

• Assisting with Recruitment – including writing job descriptions, preparing adverts, shortlisting and interviewing
• Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
• Completion of HR correspondence; letters, contracts, job offers etc
• Note-taking in staff meetings such as disciplinary/grievance hearings, redundancy
• Do performance appraisals on staff and give annual Performance reviews and evaluation
• Provide advice and information to management and employees on human resource policies and procedures, including equal opportunity, anti-discrimination and occupational health and safety programmes 7Organise employee welfare services such as health and wellbeing programmes and social activities
• Creating and Maintaining Employee records for the entire organisation
• Enforcing company policies and taking disciplinary actions on violations
• Developing HR policies and procedures including writing staff handbooks. Management exit of employees
