Requirements

• Full time
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business Studies or equivalent.
• High level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment and a sense of urgency.
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Committed to meet deadlines.
• Computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Basic Accounting System.
• Required language(s): Malay, English and / or Chinese
• Able to start work immediately.
• Preferable at least 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting and clerical functions such as but not limited to:
• Maintain accounting records
• Prepare, compile and verify documents for data entry
• Prepare invoices, payment, vouchers, purchase orders and official receipts
• Perform proper filing and documentation
• Liaise with customers and/or suppliers and keep up-to-date cheque and payment
• Handle any other ad hoc accounting and administration duties/tasks
• Any other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time
