岗位职责

  • To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our clients through our communication channel (phone)
  • Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer experience through excellent customer service
  • Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
  • Continuously identify and support work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Senior Executive

  • Working Days and Working Hours: 5 Working Days/ROTATIONAL SHIFTS (any 9 hours between 8AM and 2AM)/2 Days Off
