General Accounting

• Maintaining general ledger, journals and accounting monthly and year-end schedules. Record cash book entries and ledger and prepare bank reconciliation. Also able to maintaining stocks ledger and occasionally perform stock check.

Accounts Payable

• Maintaining and preparing creditors ledger, aging, payments and creditors’ reconciliation

Account Receivables

• Prepare invoices, Dos, customers’ statements and debtors’ reconciliation. Carry out basic customers’ credit control functions.
• Should have some basic accounting software and Microsoft excel and word knowledge

• Working location: Rawang
• Working Days and Working Hours: 9am-6pm From Monday- Friday/ Saturday 9am-1pm
