Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in Semiconductor or active electronic components.
- Strong customer relationship developments and well experienced in penetrating OEM/ODM/EMS design-ins/wins.
- Knowledge in analog power designs using transistor, power MOSFET, DC-DC converter, FPGA, CPLD etc
- Possess good understanding of customer requirements and highly skilled and excellent manner in handling with buyer.
- Able to travel at short notice
- Profieient in English to communicate with various levels
- Good team player and work well under pressures.
- Possess car with valid drifing license
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales business plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Expand assigned accounts market shares and develop new accounts within an assigned territory.
- Establish strong cooperative relationships with all levels of customers' organizations and departments.
- Calls on prospective accounts to provide technical and administrative product information.
- Quotes and negotiates appropriate customer prices.
- Provide timely accurate demand forecasts and close loop communications to ensure smooth support to customers.
- Sales budget preparations and achieve assigned sales quotas.
- Aggressively follow up on all design-ins/wins opportunities.
