Requirements
Diploma-No Limit
- Candidate must possess a Diploma or equivalent
- Familiar skill(s): SQL Accounting or QNE Accounting Software
- Preferably 5 years experience Executives specializing in Accounting, general entry or equivalent
- Full-Time position (5 days week)
Responsibilities
- An opportunities to work in a dynamic environment and make inroad to become an multi-tasking accounts personnel
- Posting customer payments by recording types of payment mode
- Verifying and entering transactions all revenue postings
- Update receivables by totalling unpaid invoices
- Maintain all records of invoices, debits and credits
- Verifying validity of account discrepanices
- Resolve valid or authorised deductions include invalid & unauthorised
- Resolve queries both internal and external on outstanding invoices
- Post business transactions such as income and payments
- Verify recorded transactions to support records
- Issuance and verification of invoices, payment vouchers, cheque and account statements
- Reconcile bank statements, debtors statement and creditors statement
