Requirements
- Minimum STPM, Certificate / Diploma / Degree in logistics / supply chain / transportation or equivalent
- Those with EXPORT experience has great advantage
- Minimum 1 year work experience
- Below 26 years old
- Strong command in written & spoken English
- Good communication skills
- Careful and meticulous, attentive to details
- High level of personal integrity
- We are looking for candidates who would have long term growth with our company
Responsibilities
- Prepare and handle all shipping documents, inclusive of export packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, LC, etc
- Assist Sales & Marketing team with preparation of necessary documentation, such as Purchase Order, Sales Contract, etc
- Liaise with banks, Government bodies, Chambers of Commerce, foreign embassies, shipping agents, shipping liners, vessel owners and insurance broker
- Coordinate and arrange export shipments with freight forwarders, Sales & production teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipment
- For traded products, monitor and follow up with suppliers on cargo readiness to ensure timely delivery of shipment
- Attend to freight quotation enquiry, source for competitive freight rates
- Resolve freight issues
