Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis in consultation with the target group or individual to develop new training programme or modify and improve existing programme according to knowledge gaps.
- Develop training design, models, programs and materials necessary to meet training needs.
- Present reports on training results to management and identify opportunities for improvement based on evaluation and feedback.
- Other ad-hoc projects are required.
- Conduct product workshops & talks.
- Responsible for training on product knowledge & enhancing service excellence.

- Working Days and Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 1st Shift 9.20am~6.30pm / 2nd Shift 9.50am~10pm; Every month 1st Saturday – 12.50pm ~ 7pm
