Job Responsibilities:

• The main duties is to ensure that all orders that comes into DeliverEat are processed to ensure ontime deliveries.
• Answering calls from customer
• Assigning duties to riders
• Other paper work

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• Able to work from 10am to 9pm, 5 days a week. Off days are on rotation.
• Experience in managing broad customer based in hospitality industry
• Fluent in spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English, with Mandarin as an alternative
• Passionate and driven individuals interested in teamwork and accelerated career progress
• Must have at least 3 years working experience in one of the following industry: Customer service, Hospitality,Food & beverage, Retail, Logistics, Human Resources
• Full-Time position(s)
• Any computer knowledge：Microsoft word and Microsoft excel
• Training provided
• Age range: 20-39
• Own Transport: Required
