Job Description:
# Develop and Execute Recruitment strategies 
# Ability to write new Job adverts 
# Conduct phone screening of candidates and telephone interviews
# Execute Face to Face interviews 
# Develop good understanding about marketing Industry 
# Ability to generate Recruitment reports for the top Management 
# Ability to organise Recruitment workshops 
# Builds and Develops good working relationships with Top management of the company 

Job Requirements: 
# Minimum BachelorsDegree in any Discipline
# Excellent Face to Face communication skills 
# Great Telephone skills 
# Experience in Telemarketing is an advantage 
# People oriented 
# Team player 
# Sound technical knowledge in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook 
# Able to work in a relaxed fun work environment
