Fitology Hiring! Full Time Front Desk Receptionist in WP Kuala Lumpur, Earn up to MYR 1,600 - Ricebowl

As the first person our client encounters when he/she walks through the door, your most important role is to represent Fitology, and embody our values.

On a day-to-day basis, you are in charge of manning the front desk and will be responsible for, among others:

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Registering new clients and collecting payments
• Monitoring and managing the client’s flow through their Fitology process – this includes making their Fitology juice drinks and ensuring that each room is well stocked with folded clean towels
• Ensuring our database is kept up to date
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Scheduling subsequent visits and sending off
• Maintaining high levels of customer care
• Undertaking administrative tasks
• Possess strong ethics and integrity
