Requirements
SPM holder and above.
Mandarin speaker is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Preferably 1 year of customer service / call centre experience in any industry.
Patient, responsible, and customer-oriented.
Willing to work on a 24/7 rotating shift, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Yearly contract renewal basis.
Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests.
Provide professional and timely solutions to customers.
Achieve customer service and call KPIs.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
