Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware components and their functions.
Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
Responsibilities
Assist in the diagnosis and repair of computer hardware and software issues.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer systems.
Provide technical support to customers for hardware and software problems.
Install and configure new computer hardware and software.
Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
Collaborate with senior technicians on complex technical tasks.
