Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory catering role.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Proficiency in inventory management and basic ordering procedures.

Supervise and coordinate catering staff during events and daily operations.

Ensure high standards of food presentation, service, and hygiene are maintained.

Manage inventory of catering supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with catering services.

Train and mentor junior catering staff on service protocols and food safety.

Oversee the setup and breakdown of catering stations and dining areas.

Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
