• Bachelor's degree or above.

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in FinTech or financial industries.

• Strong understanding of the complete product lifecycle.

• Hands-on experience with Axure, Figma, Jira, Confluence, and similar tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred.

Product Strategy & Planning

• Responsible for the overall planning and optimization of the company's financial product system.

• Develop the Product Roadmap and milestone goals based on business development needs.

• Conduct competitor research, providing in-depth analysis of market dynamics as well as the strengths and weaknesses of competing products.

• Conduct in-depth research on industry development trends, competitor products, and user needs to continuously enhance product competitiveness.

• Collaborate with management to formulate product strategies and drive product implementation.

Product Design & Requirement Analysis

• Collect and analyze user needs, business requirements, and regulatory requirements.

• Draft PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), Flowcharts, Wireframes, and business logic documents.

• Continuously optimize User Experience (UX) and Conversion Rates.

Cross-Departmental Coordination & Project Management

• Work closely with the IT, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Risk Management teams.

• Collaborate with and manage the operations team to execute implementation tasks, such as product-related configuration and copywriting.

• Take responsibility for product development, testing, launch, and subsequent iterations.

• Track project progress to ensure timely delivery.

• Establish a data analysis system and continuously optimize the product based on data.
