• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, including:

  • Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology

  • Data Science, Business Analytics or Statistics

  • Human Resource Management or Business Administration

  • Accounting, Finance or Payroll-related studies

  • Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines

• Strong interest in Human Capital Management, HR technology, software solutions or digital transformation.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and work collaboratively.

• Responsible, organised and able to complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or SQL applications.

• Ability to communicate in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or other languages is an advantage.

As an intern at PeopleQuest, you will work closely with experienced team members and contribute to the development, delivery and support of our HCM solutions.

Depending on your assigned department, your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the development, configuration, testing or implementation of HCM system features.

• Assisting with employee, leave, attendance, payroll, recruitment, onboarding or performance management processes.

• Gathering and documenting user requirements, business processes and system specifications.

• Preparing user guides, training materials, presentation slides and project documentation.

• Performing system testing, recording test results and reporting software issues.

• Assisting with data preparation, validation, migration, reporting and dashboard creation.

• Supporting customer enquiries and helping the team investigate system-related issues.

• Conducting market, product or competitor research.

• Supporting sales presentations, product demonstrations and customer engagement activities.

• Creating digital content, campaign materials or product communications.

• Participating in team discussions, project meetings and internal training sessions.

• Completing other project-related assignments under the guidance of an assigned supervisor.

• Work Hours - Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (inclusive of 1 hour lunch break from 12 to 2pm)
